As part of the Visual Design team at Carvana, we are responsible for shaping cohesive brand experiences across a vast array of touchpoints. From the meticulous curation of visual identity toolkits, to designing for a multitude of large-scale experiential events, we elevated and brought clarity to the brand expression and all its verticals. Even through its visual evolution, it was vital that the brand remained true to its core ethos of driving people happy.

SPARK 2025
SPARK is Carvana’s annual technology, engineering, and brand conference. Employees from all over the country gather together to learn more about industry innovations, celebrate and share current work, and take a peep into what’s to come. The theme for 2025 was “Future in Motion“, with a design direction emphasizing the dynamic and fluid momentum we have as we move into the future.
EMPLOYER BRAND
Recruitment became one of the main company goals for the year, so efforts to establish a visual language for this arm of the brand were also prioritized. Prior to this, there was no specific POV on how to tackle our employer brand. Leveraging our key brand assets while simultaneously emphasizing qualities like joy, authenticity, and trustworthiness acted as our north star.
